We were supported and advised by Mr. Alavanja when renting a condominium. Mr. Alavanja took care of our request immediately, prepared a great exposé and put it online. After just 4 hours there were 90 applications, which Mr. Alavanja pre-sorted. The documents (well prepared) of six suitable applications were made available to the owners for inspection. After drawing up our list of preferences, Mr. Alavanja invited us to a viewing appointment. He also organized a meeting between the owners and the new tenants. The co-contract was drawn up within a week and signed by both parties. Mr. Alavanja supervised the process until the apartment was handed over and assured us that he would be available to answer any questions afterwards.
We came to appreciate Mr. Alavanja's professional manner. His dealings with us and the potential tenants were very courteous. We would particularly like to emphasize the fast and targeted processing and handling of the entire rental process. We can only recommend Mr. Alavanja and von Poll Immobilien and will gladly contact von Poll Immobilien again. Dr.C. and Dr.J. W.

The contact with von Pool Immobilien and here especially with Mrs. Strey was excellent. Finding a nice property in Hamburg is not easy. Ms. Strey was very friendly, trustworthy, well prepared and informed.

There were no long waiting times and the callbacks came as agreed.
Through Ms. Strey, we have a very nice colleague , the Laatzen-Mitte area cared for recommended, as we now want to sell our property in Laatzen region of Hanover.

We can only report positively and would gladly recommend Von Poll Immobilien.

We had a viewing appointment with Mr. Alavanja three weeks ago. We were more than thrilled by the enthusiasm of the young man, who really does his job with heart and mind. We were very impressed by his expertise and knowledge of even the smallest details. We were pointed out things without being asked, things that we actually would never have asked on our own - laymen, that is!
In fact, the bottom line is that we chose a different property, but we will be very happy to use von Poll's services for us the next time we are looking for an apartment!
