Mr. Koltz accompanied us very professionally in all phases of the sales process. He was always responsive and provided us with feedback very quickly on home inspections and other developments. His experience in the real estate business was very valuable to us in discussing options for action. Von Poll Immobilien Leonberg produced an excellent 'expose' for our house and did a number of other very effective marketing activities. Living abroad, and not knowing the sales process in Germany, I needed local expertise to guide me through and advise me on absolutely everything related to selling a property in Leonberg. Mr. Koltz, Mrs. Hoyer, and Team Von Poll Leonberg were just awesome from the start of the process, through to sale date, and even afterward. Any questions I had throughout the process were always answered almost immediately, clearly explaining the course of action being taken. They are a one-stop professional firm that made what I thought was going to be a difficult and time-consuming process, a very easy and straightforward experience. Our experience with Mr. Koltz (Leonberg office) was excellent.
Despite, or rather because of, dynamic changes in the market situation, action was taken as quickly as possible but not hectically and appropriately. From the preparation of the exposé to the notary appointment (approx. 12 weeks) we were informed and advised competently and regularly (several times a week) about the progress of the marketing.
I would be very happy to choose Mr. Koltz/Von Poll again !
