From the beginning to the end, simply excellent advice and perfect contact in every respect! Our contact person, Mr. Bender, was always available when we were looking for contact, he always kept us up to date and kept us informed. The flexibility in terms of appointments should be emphasized. The relaxed, friendly and uncomplicated manner made it much easier for us to take on such a project, as we were not at all familiar with this kind of thing. Very competently, reliably and very friendly we were accompanied by him and his employee Mrs. Anja Schmidt with the house purchase. With building-technical questions Mr. Günther was very well prepared and had already caught up with expertises with specialized enterprises. Even after the conclusion of the notary contract, Mr. Günther continued to be a very good partner for the processing.

In the preparation and planning, the statements were realistic and adapted to the object.
In addition to the excellent support for us, the sellers, von Poll Immobilien took great care of the financing and the concerns of the buyer. This was the first thing that ensured that the sale could be handled so smoothly. Even with the tasks during the year there was detailed support. Many small tasks and also the handover of the house to the buyer was handled to my relief. I experienced an all around support. I never expected better.
