I would like to thank Ms. Christina Möller very much for her extraordinarily competent support, especially for the horizon-broadening and uplifting discussions with her!

If you are not made aware of it by someone external, you don't look at your own work performance, skills and qualities - it's just the way it is, you do your work without thinking about it, because the next job is already waiting to be done. But only when you look at yourself from a different perspective can you recognize what sets you apart from others. I found our conversations in this context to be the most valuable, as it was these that made it possible to fill the CV with better content.

Ms. Möller was/is very likeable and I enjoyed being coached by her!

- Perfect, trusting and personal advice from my advisor Ms. Möller and my advisor Mr. Wehlauch (high level of professional competence, very good response to my individual situation, motivation)
- the online seminars and corresponding documents from Von Rundstedt, which take every stage of the job-finding process into account
- the job agent and the networking challenge

I was provided with a very competent advisor who was able to relate very well to my previous experiences from her own professional life. The consultation was therefore uncomplicated and with a lot of personal and professional understanding. I particularly liked how the personal skills were highlighted and how they were also assessed professionally. This quickly gave me a good feeling for my future career. I always had the feeling that I had a great contact person to answer any questions I had about my career. In addition, the placement was very well structured and the career advice was valuable with lots of ideas and opportunities for a successful job search. Here, too, the consultant was really great in her way of working. The online seminars on LinkedIn and personal job satisfaction helped me the most and will stay with me for a long time. During the outplacement process, I also took advantage of several other offers and was able to take something positive away from every seminar/all the documents provided (LOFT). In general, I was simply very satisfied.
