I have MS and have only been using them for 3 weeks. I feel very well supplied with blood after training. I still need to test the effect on my muscle performance a little longer. But I am fascinated by the many possibilities.
If it could reduce the cramps in my feet and calves, that would be great!

I am very well looked after by Mr. Kaiser, as if by a personal coach, even repeated requests do not go unanswered. A really friendly and competent coach. The effect is great, both body shaping and improved fitness after just two months of training. I can't yet say whether it will help with my osteoporosis, but I'm optimistic. I'm glad I bought it. 😁

I achieved my objective - treatment and, if necessary, slowing down/stopping the onset of osteopenia - with very disciplined and regular training on the plate and other sports units. After 10 months of training, my bone density values have stabilized and even improved a little. My "wellbeing index" has also risen considerably despite the menopause. I am very motivated. My experiences with the staff before and after purchasing the VPlatte are very positive and pleasant. Thank you very much Sybille

I am thrilled. After one year, my bone density had already improved by 6%. I no longer have back pain and have become much more flexible. The vibration plate also saved me from having shoulder surgery. The doctor wanted to send me to hospital because of severe pain in my calcified shoulder. I then "vibrated" my shoulder at a low HZ level. The pain quickly subsided and the calcium deposit in my shoulder dissolved after a few weeks. I won't give up my Galileo again.

I am very satisfied, the vibration plate from Galileo is the right decision for me. High quality, very good instruction and support with training plans.
I train three times a week, due to my diagnosis- osteoporosis, I am best advised with this VPlatte and have a good chance that the bone density thereby improves!

Dear Mr. Kaiser,
your advice and accessibility were/are very good and I will certainly come to you soon with new questions.

About the benefit/quality...the assessment after one week is not really possible yet.
I think the survey would make more sense at a later point in time.

The sales process went smoothly and after the first applications, the device makes a solid impression and exercise suggestions are plentiful.

On/off switch on the device is very small and hidden, that would be worth improving.

So, now I will continue to practice according to plan and hope that my bones thank me!

Recommendation
After I got osteoporosis from chemotherapy and didn't want to just accept it, I looked around for different ways to stop it or even improve it.
The VPlatte is very expensive but so far worth the money. The exercises are simple and easy to do and my results after only 1/4 year were already slightly better. I didn't expect it to happen so quickly.
You also get good support with questions about using the plate. Also an exercise plan that can always be adjusted as well and a manual plus app.
I am very happy with my choice.

Due to osteoporosis, I have a respect and fear of equipment and exercises of any kind. Thanks to Mr. Kaiser, I train according to his training plan tailored for me and feel very good.
I can call Mr. Kaiser at any time, he explains everything to me in an understandable way. I also find the recipes and videos on the site super.

because of different symptoms.
Mr. Kaiser explained to us how to use the VPlatte with very descriptive and for both of us very helpful exercises, so that we lost our shyness in front of the device.

The advice was comprehensive, I was given extensive explanations on request even after more than a year after purchase and comprehensive training plans were sent for my illnesses.
I have not regretted the purchase of the Galileo MedL vibration plate for a single day. It helps me with my illnesses with clear success and in my case can save me many years in a wheelchair (statement of my neurologist).
Mr. Kaiser has always been responsive and extremely friendly, even after the purchase has long since been completed. The same applies to the manufacturer Novotec in Pforzheim.
