We would like to thank you very much for our sauna.

Right from the start, we felt that we received excellent advice and were fully taken care of. Mr. Cordes sold us exactly what we had hoped for - even more - we are completely satisfied and happy.

Ms. Grollmisch & Ms. Papenhusen also kept us up to date during the measurement, the fine-tuning and any queries and explained all our questions as quickly as possible and in detail - very strong.

A very special thank you to Henrik and Tristan, who carried out their work more than conscientiously and carefully. Your commitment and the work involved have our utmost respect and we really appreciate it. Always polite, courteous and available for any queries - fantastic.

All in all, from our point of view it was an outstanding team effort - this also includes the employees who helped in the background (workshop & back office) to make our dream of a sauna come true.

Autumn is knocking! Now it's time to use the sauna and work up a good sweat.

From consultation and planning to the manufacture of the very high-quality product, at Wärmegrad you will only meet friendly and professional employees who all know their trade.
Anyone who appreciates quality made in Germany has come to the right place.
The interior of the sauna was adapted to our requirements without any problems.
It was also possible to move and change the windows. Delivery and installation were quick and easy.
We were able to put the sauna into operation on the same day.

The salesman was very nice and even arranged a viewing appointment with one of his customers. Due to the renovation work in our garden and the time schedule, the Wärmegrad team even made it possible for us to receive the delivery earlier, which made the completion of our entire project much easier. Perfect coordination with crane company, assembly team absolute professionals, friendly and fast! Lifting accurate to the centimeter. The team even noticed a small paint defect on a window and initiated improvements, which we probably wouldn't have discovered until much later.
All contacts by email or phone were very pleasant and reliable.
The price is justified.
The most important thing: the best sauna we have ever used!
Despite the midsummer temperatures, we are already enjoying our sauna.

The sauna is completely in order and looks great. Unfortunately, the salesman put a little too much pressure on us to sign, even though we had only had the offer for two days. A sensor was missing during installation. I had to follow up myself after 5 days to get an appointment - I didn't think it was very professional - invoices, on the other hand, come quickly and you only get a short time to pay.

Top quality, we are very satisfied. We only have one complaint, the delivery, which we had to take care of ourselves, and also the expensive crane installation, which was added on top of the purchase price of the sauna. We were not told this at the sales office. But in the end everything worked out great and the people on site were nice.

Perfect preparation. Everything went really well on the day of delivery. Great teamwork. The sauna is a perfect place to relax.

We got to know the Wärmegrad company at an exhibition in Hanover while viewing the saunas on display. We particularly liked one of these models, including the advice and technical explanation. After receiving a quotation, we placed the order. The announced processing and waiting time, including intermediate deadlines for fine measurements and the final completion date, were adhered to. Structural features and spatial restrictions in the installation room were recorded and optimally taken into account in the cut-out drawing.
The design of the sauna with regard to its use and harmonious integration into the room was therefore a great success. The use of the sauna also meets all our expectations in terms of comfort and freshness. A balanced relationship between price and performance is absolutely given here. We would like to thank all the Wärmegrad employees involved for delivering this unique sauna and for their excellent work.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the quotation, planning and installation. It's just a shame that the issue of a continuous end panel in accordance with the factory drawing has still not been resolved.

Unfortunately, the panels were delivered too small despite being measured on site. Reworking is therefore necessary.
So far, no message regarding reworking or contact regarding scheduling.

Very good advice, everything was as described. The sauna is very high quality and could be used immediately on the day of delivery. Delivery and assembly went very smoothly. The communication between Wärmegrad and the crane company was very good, the lifting over 2 houses with a distance of 40m was no problem.
