Thanks to the suggestion on the part of Warehousing1, such as packing the incoming pallets differently and pre-packing certain packages, we were also able to massively reduce the process costs and, with better performance according to our calculation, were approx. 35% below the comparative offers in the overall cost picture.

The offer was then also very good, individual wishes (climate-neutral shipping, reworking) was addressed. The entire process was completed after 48 hours - high praise here, too.
