I had to clear out my parents' house in Bremen Schwachhausen. The company Weser Entrümpelungen was recommended to me by a neighbor. Mr. Schön, the boss, showed up on time for the pre-inspection appointment. He walked through the house with me, took photos, answered my questions. I perceived him as very open and patient. A few days later he sent me a very fair offer and we agreed on the date for the de-cluttering. He scheduled two days to be on the safe side. On the day of the clearing out, Mr. Schön showed up again on time with his team. Everything was well organized and after 1, 5 days the house was cleared and was handed over to me broom clean. Many thanks to Mr. Schön and the entire team for the professional way of working, the transparency and the friendliness in dealing with me as a customer!
