I didn't quite understand the setting with the 12-hour night mode and the energy-saving mode. Please help me with the setting. Does this programming always have to be re-entered in the event of a power failure?

The advice at the green week was great. Delivery immediately after receipt of payment, which also worked very well and all the parts we ordered later were available with the pool.

I, Richard Schwender, was very satisfied with the advice I received from Mr. Alexander Gracin at the Erfurt stand. Mr. Gracin answered all my questions competently and to my complete satisfaction. The hot tub was delivered on time. The super instructions 4 I Whirlpool & Living YouTube also helped me a lot. We, the entire Schwender family, are completely satisfied with the hot tub and say thank you !!!!

Improvements to the lid fasteners (fasteners are under the frame, difficult to get to), this can be done differently. Super delivery service (Krüger Internationale Spedition, helpful staff), super packed parts. Pump is very loud. When buying in Erfurt at the trade fair, it was pointed out that the pump cannot be heard. There is still need for action.

We have now owned a Softub 300 "Resort" Poseidon for about 6 weeks. Very good pool, which offers us both enough space to relax. We are very glad that we only bought the pool after "test swimming" in the branch in Gelnhausen. The pool with the Poseidon jet is fantastic. Without "test bathing" we would probably have opted for the slightly smaller Legend. The water maintenance (we were a bit worried at the beginning whether I/we were doing everything right) has worked perfectly so far. We use the pool very often and enjoy the relaxing evenings.

The personal advice from the employee. Very friendly, competent and courteous. Took all the time we needed. Even after the purchase when we still had questions.

We fell in love with a Softub Poseidon at a trade fair. Actually, I always wanted a fixed-shell pool. Fortunately, you offer a test swim, which we gladly accepted. A super pleasant atmosphere, created and supported by your fantastic employee Ms. Feldmann, who took a lot of time for us, convinced me of the advantages of the Softub. So quiet and yet the advantages of a "large" pool, have brought us to the Poseidon, which is now giving us pleasure in our garden after a very short delivery time. I can only pass the best judgment on Whirlpool&Living. Super friendly and emphatic, highly competent. You felt very welcome.
The only downside is the lid lifter that we also bought. In my opinion, it looks like a foreign object and is not of the best quality. The Allen key supplied did not fit the screws, so I had to buy a special one at the DIY store because it is an American size. I think it is clearly overpriced in terms of price/performance.

All in all, however, I can recommend Whirlpool&Living 100%. We are looking forward to many happy years in the new pool and are very confident that we can count on Whirlpool&Living for all our needs.
