I am very satisfied with the WIckenhäuser team and would particularly like to highlight Ms. Juestl. She's always friendly, helpful and very customer-oriented. She asks questions and is helpful, which is how you imagine a functioning business relationship. Thank you for that. The work on my GF vehicle was repaired perfectly. However, I was very surprised by the total amount of the damage.

Everything went great, fast and nice people.

Based on the last recommendation (service), I unfortunately cannot recommend Wickenhäuser on Georg-Brauchle-Ring. Very bad access, because everything is parked up. Had to park somewhere down the road. Long waiting times, not noted that rental car was offered for € 20. Service appointment at 10 am was arranged 4 weeks in advance, but car was not ready on the same day, I was told at 4 pm (because many tire change appointments). Staff very helpful, but I found the organization a bit chaotic.

Availability by telephone has improved, but there is still room for improvement!
The support provided by the specialist departments at the dealership is friendly, competent and goal-oriented.
When making appointments by phone, however, the employees should be asked all specific questions regarding the scope of the desired service so that the "workshop layman" (customer) does not experience any unpleasant surprises on site...A little more customer orientation would be desirable here.

Error could not be localized in December. As the problem did not solve itself, it has now been solved by a team of experts.

The invoice should ALWAYS show the CURRENT mileage. This rarely or never happens. Then the field can also be omitted, as it is almost always filled with incorrect information.

You can comfortably bide your time in a cafe when changing from winter to summer tires. Tightening the wheel nuts one day (50km) later also worked out great

We are very satisfied with your staff in your branch in Wolfratshausen, especially Mr. Lauen, Ms. Lippert and Mr. Lange.
with Mr. Lauen, Mrs. Lippert and Mr. Lange, but we are not at all satisfied with the procurement of spare parts. Our vehicle was in the workshop from mid-November 2023 to mid-March 2024 only because Opel Rüsselsheim could not supply the defective electric vacuum pump. I had to pull out all the stops myself
and have written and almost daily with your customer service in
Rüsselsheim almost every day until this electric vacuum pump was finally delivered.
The same was also the case when we had an accident in 2022 and Opel
could not deliver the required parts either, our car was also in the workshop for 4 months. Your staff can't help it if Opel doesn't deliver the spare parts

Very nice people both in reception and in sales

I found the public transport ticket offered for the journey home and back for collection very nice. The connection between the dealership = leasing contract equipment and the workshop => inspection cost regulation could be improved.

As always, I was very satisfied with the handling and service. Thank you.
