Stefan Winheller assisted us in all legal and tax issues during our market entry in the USA. We had high, abstract expectations. They were exceeded by Stefan Winheller and his specialists. We were advised and supported regarding the choice of legal form, incorporation of the company, visas, tax issues, trademark protection, procurement of legal and tax experts in the USA, drafting of contracts between the national companies. For each sub-area a specialist is consulted, all of them impress with high expertise, commitment, quick response and an overall very pleasant cooperation. We came across the law firm through our Internet research. We can definitely recommend the cooperation.

I participated in a webinar and could therefore only answer many of the feedback questions with Neutral (3 out of 5), as they did not apply to me. At the same time, the presentation seemed authentic and knowledgeable. The most important information was presented to the point, although a little less text per slide would certainly have helped with the suspense and maintaining my attention span. Likeable, friendly appearance, clear voice pitch and pronunciation. Understandable wording and well packaged rather than dry knowledge morsels, such as paragraphs.

The Winheller law firm advised and supported us in the establishment of a family foundation. It took about one year until the foundation was established and included all important aspects (tax structuring, foundation statutes, foundation transaction, cash flow statement, valuation of real estate, PV plants and GbR, gift tax declaration, notary contracts, etc.). The effort was really enormous and we would like to thank Mr. Piekarek and Mr. Leskovar once again.
