Herr Strobel nimmt sich für die Beratung sehr viel Zeit. Er hört sich zuerst die Kundenwünsche und -Anforderungen an und gibt hierzu seine Expertise ab. Auf dieser Grundlage erarbeitet er Angebote verschiedener Anbieter, die auf den Kunden zugeschnitten sind.
Er drängt nicht zum Abschluss, falls der Kunde sich nicht 100%-ig sicher ist und reagiert auf kurzfristige Änderungen flexibel.
Der Kunde hat zu jeder Zeit die freie Wahl aus diversen Produkten und auch wenn sich entgegen der Empfehlung entschieden wird, ist die Beratung weiterhin Kompetent und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.
