We have entrusted Ms. Schramm with the sale of our exclusive penthouse apartment.

From the first conversation to the notary appointment, Ms. Schramm was always there for us and proved to be a very competent contact person. The sale went almost by itself and we did not have to worry about anything. The pictures and the presentation of our apartment were first class and professional. The market price analysis deserves special mention, as it once again confirmed the purchase price we had set.

We can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Schramm and the company WOHNGLÜCK Immobilen.

Mrs. Schramm and Mrs. Labitzke were our luck. We sold our house, which we loved very much and the advice and support were excellent, professional and tailored to our needs. We felt very well taken care of the whole time and sold our house in a short time...even at an exceedingly good but reasonable price...even to exceedingly suitable buyers who were equally satisfied. Thank you very much for that and stay both of you as you are! Love from extremely satisfied sellers, we would hire you again anytime.
