I am very satisfied, from the planning / consulting to the construction and give the consultant / planner five stars and the three installers, who have done a great job also five stars and thank you all very much.

The personal advice from Ms. Hartmann was extremely competent, friendly and empathetic. She was able to combine wishes and prices optimally and sensibly. We could not have imagined a better consultant. Many thanks again.

Starting with a super consultation and planning with great ideas from Mr. Tracogna and a super great assembly of the kitchen by the two assemblers Breuer / Mitrega who are a very good and well-rehearsed team. The kitchen was built absolutely professionally and precisely and between alwayswieder tidy and clean. The rooms were laid out before work began, so that here too everything was in order. Simply a super team that does its work professionally and neatly. Wupper kitchens just to recommend !!!

Unfortunately, I can not recommend Wupper kitchens at all. We bought a kitchen and are more than dissatisfied. Upon delivery of the kitchen were delivered broken E-appliances, after complaint one was referred to the manufacturer and has not taken anything from the problem, thus complaint management poor!
After seven weeks still no exchange of the defective E-device.

I had made an appointment for a consultation online, which I had to postpone. Here it started with the poor organization. I wanted to postpone the appointment on a Monday by phone. Instead of hearing a tape announcement that the studio is closed on Mondays, the normal announcement runs. After 1 1/2 hours I had then no more desire and wrote Wupper Kitchens by mail. On Tuesday I received a written response with an apology and that the appointment was moved to the desired date. On the day of the consultation appointment, I had to wait a 1/4 hour until the employee assigned to me came to me. It was 10 o'clock in the morning, so it was shortly after opening. Then, I have never experienced something like this before, the said employee discusses with me why I would now like to have an offer from him. Because he would assume that I first get prices purely and I then when he called his price to the competition. Hello that is our good consumer right! In any case, he made no effort to even get into a consultation. After 5 minutes of discussion, I thanked him and left the store. I can't for the life of me understand where all the positive reviews are coming from. Because it is not the first time that I have had negative experiences with Wupper Kitchens.

We have bought 2 kitchens. Both times there were complaints. The processing of the same was poor. The craftsmen on site were impeccable and the overall quality of goods okay. Advice and complaint management poor. Telephone accessibility of the head office gaaanz poor.
