Ich habe schon viel ausprobiert im Bereich Fitness, aber das hat mich voll überzeugt. Ich werde weiter dabei bleiben. Gerade auch weil man es super zwischenrein in seinen Tag packen kann. Die Trainer sind auch toll. Gutes Know-how und sehr nett!

Ehrlich gesagt war ich etwas skeptisch dieser neuen Trainingsart gegenüber. Sollte man wirklich in so kurzer Zeit ein effizentes Trainig ermöglichen können? Mein erstes Probetraining hat mich eines Besseren belehren. Die Technologie dieser neuen Trainingsmaschine erlaubt es, dass man immer direkt im oberen Drittel seiner Maximalkraft trainiert. So waren meine Muskeln schon nach den ersten Minuten dermaßen ausgepowert, dass ich dachte, ich schaffe den Rest des Trainings nicht mehr. Durch die Motivation des Personal-Trainigs ging es natürlich trotzdem und ich bin an meine Grenzen gestoßen. Selten so ausgepowert in so kurzer Zeit. Viel Effekt bei wenig Zeitaufwand.
