Es ist toll wie Alexandra auf persönliche Umstände eingeht und stets probiert entsprechende Hilfestellungen in die (Online-)Stunde mit einzubauen. Dadurch fühlt man sich in jeder (Lebens-)Lage gewertschätzt und immer gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für die letzten Jahre und die Unterstützung auf der Yoga-Reise!

Die Online-Stunden sind spitze - auch wenn mir die korrigierenden Handgriffe fehlen. Alex hat so ein super Auge und sieht auch auf dem Bildschirm die kleinsten Fehler und korrigiert mit einigen wenigen, dafür aber sehr präzisen Worten.
Ich freue mich trotz allem schon wieder sehr auf die "Yogastunden live"!
