Overall, it was a very interesting and useful training course. Two "small" points of criticism:
One employee often came across as unfocused or not optimally prepared. Even (or especially) if you know a topic very well, if you want to "teach" it, you should make it very clear again what you want to convey to the participants, whose knowledge is at a much lower level - otherwise they wouldn't have registered. e.g. prepare good examples, etc. And I wanted to ask an employee not to try to catch up by speaking more quickly if they are behind schedule - otherwise it becomes really tiring to listen. But both against the background that it was a good event :-) Thank you!
