Normally I do not give reviews, but in the vorl. case I have no problems with it. I had made an appointment with an employee, unfortunately he became ill. But instead of a new appointment
the boss came himself. 1st big pulse point! Also the handling of my problem, here

I had dropped off a ProbPC, I was able to pick up the device repaired and overhauled after an hour. This has never happened to me before. I was totally surprised. I can recommend z3networks GmbH with a clear conscience. Z3networks has won a new customer.

After I had neither access to my most used programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe) over the weekend and had not found a solution independently, I unloaded my problems tel. on Monday morning at Z3Networks. They took care of it immediately and in the afternoon I could use all functions again and from my point of view very good conditions. In case of future difficulties, I will be happy to contact Z3 again at any time.
