It still exists!!! The good service! We made an appointment on Monday for roller shutter repairs to a total of four windows. Maybe a bit lucky, but the next day the repair/repairs were carried out immediately from 8.00 am. Two very competent employees arrived on time and immediately (without accepting an offered coffee) tackled the most difficult roller shutter in the living room! In my opinion, minor acrobatic skills were also required because the roller shutter could only be reached from the terrace. Everything was done perfectly and quickly. The other three shutters were then also repaired very conscientiously and carefully, partly with crank gears supplied by me. To my astonishment, a gearbox that I thought was defective was restored to working order! This eliminated the need for any repeat orders and changes from gearbox to belt winder!!! So, I am very, very positive about this unusual repair, because it required a lot of specialist knowledge, routine and, of course, professional competence! I am glad that the Zastrau company completely overshadowed a Bovende company and won me/us as a customer, which we were very pleased about!

We needed insect screen elements for several windows and doors. Due to the integrated external venetian blinds, we had extremely little space for this. This made installation extremely difficult and time-consuming. But in the end, Zastrau mastered this challenge to our complete satisfaction. The fact that the windows and doors were measured in advance by Mr. Zastrau himself and again by a Kadeko representative played a decisive role, and then on the day of installation the extremely competent and friendly employees were very imaginative and ultimately mastered even the most difficult windows with a great deal of tinkering talent.
