Zaugg Schliesstechnik AG offers consulting, installation, maintenance and repair of locking systems, burglary protection, safes, alarm systems and video surveillance. The family business has been in existence for over 55 years and is managed by... the third generation. Its operations are concentrated in Central Switzerland with two locations in Lucerne and Baar.
Our problem with the door lock was resolved quickly and competently. The temporary solution and the new door lock were installed and adjusted by very competent and friendly service staff. The entire job was completed quickly and to our complete satisfaction.
The products sold are top-notch, and the implementation is ultimately fine. Unfortunately, it often doesn't work out with the appointments. Recently we had a fixed appointment and an hour later we had to report to Zaugg. Unfortunately, service charges are rather high, but the workmanship and the competent staff are good.
Petty behavior and no customer friendliness Will never again commission the Zaugg company with an order for my needs. Huge expense for a 2% discount of 6.95 Fr. although only half the journey was needed, but the entire journey was invoiced.
