We at bkb GmbH are a medium-sized tax consulting and auditing company with 5 locations and a total of 150 employees.
Because we want to grow further, we are constantly looking for new employees and have tried many ways to find new ones. Despite our efforts, the number of applications was not really satisfactory.
Since many colleagues in our region have similar problems, we put it down to the difficult market situation in our region.
