I can absolutely recommend ZRW and Mr. Westebbe and his team. From the first contact to the final handover of the sculpture, I was always kept informed about the progress of the work. You can tell that Mr. Westebbe and his team put their heart and soul into their work. To sum up, I can recommend ZRW without reservation.

My experiences are "only" the best !!! The communication is very relaxed and uncomplicated, the service is simply incredible.... But what the guys conjure up in their workshop is simply unbelievable!!!
I hardly recognized my old piece of furniture - and I'm just thrilled !!!! These are craftsmen who really know their job !!! I would like to take this opportunity to say: 1000 THANKS !!!!

My Louis Philippe vertico had been badly treated for decades, and it looked like it. I was finally faced with the question: dispose of it or have it restored. Fortunately, after some searching, I found the Zentrale Restaurierungswerkstatt Berlin.
The very first contact with Philipp Westebbe was very pleasant and trusting, and I was immediately impressed by the concept. There was more to do than I had originally planned, but I was able to think about everything at my leisure. The whole work process was very well organized and I was able to follow the progress of the restoration and look forward to it with the photos I kept receiving.
Now my Vertiko is back at home and shines at me in all its beauty. It looks classy without hiding its former wounds. And it's even standing on its own two feet again, which it hasn't had for at least 60 years. I didn't know it any other way and only now do I realize what a gain having your own feet means, even for a Vertiko!
Many thanks once again to Philipp Westebbe and his team! We have more furniture that will be refurbished in the ZRW at some point. That can only go well! We are looking forward to it.

I had my 30-year-old furniture refurbished and am very happy with the result and have not regretted the decision to have the old furniture refreshed. The work was done very conscientiously and cleanly and I was given good advice on how to care for it. I can recommend the workshop with a clear conscience.

Wonderful restoration of an old secretary, a missing lock was replaced and thus the functionality of the writing surface was restored. Other small changes allow drawers that were previously stuck to run smoothly again. Great advice beforehand, transparent quote, which was kept with what seemed to me to be a much more extensive finish, and very pleasant communication. Dear people! Thank you very much! Gladly again :-)

A beloved old cupboard had suffered badly from a burst water pipe in the apartment (mold growth, cracks.... :-( ). Mr. Westebbe inspected it and was able to give me information about the year of manufacture. The restoration exceeded my expectations! You can see his love for his work and his great expertise! The cabinet has turned out so beautifully! More beautiful than it ever was :-). The price: absolutely reasonable, friendly communication, service, such as pick-up and delivery, the processing time much faster than I had expected.
I can only warmly recommend ZRW! And I will be contacting ZRW directly in future if I have any restoration questions.

I was able to get to know Philipp in the consultation. He is a really nice and positive person who loves his job and was able to help me with my case straight away. For him, there is nothing that is not possible. The restoration involved very complex parts, and he even uses 3D printing for this. Really very advanced. I can definitely recommend the restoration workshop, as a customer you are in very good hands there!

We had an approximately 70-year-old Dieckmann-Gelenka beechwood armchair restored in Mr. Westebbe's workshop. The chair could no longer be used as several of the metal brackets of the spring system integrated into the seat were broken. All the workshops we contacted rejected the restoration as too difficult or too labor-intensive. After the initial contact, Mr. Westebbe had a very pleasant and professional consultation with us. After drawing up a cost estimate, he undertook the restoration. The work on the chair was carried out competently and quickly. Communication with us was always friendly and courteous and the result is impressive. The spring system was repaired and the wood of the armchair was sensitively refurbished while retaining the existing patina. The armchair is fully functional again and at the same time shines as an interior design gem. We are delighted with the work and would like to say a big thank you.

Philipp Westebbe's workshop has revived my two 60-year-old, "much-loved" Selmanagic armchairs. The result of the sensitive and highly competent work is beautiful. A Hellerau coffee table was also partially restored just as convincingly. Everything went quickly and the service was unique, Mr. Westebbe took care of the coordination with the upholsterer and the professional transport as well as finding the right glazier as a matter of course. I was especially satisfied with the good service. Mr. Westebbe is a very friendly man who gives solid advice and was punctual with the pickup. The desk chair is now a joy for me again. All defects were removed to great satisfaction.
As an additional service, Mr. Westebbe even straightened my old letter opener.
I thank him very much and intend to have more antiques restored in the workshop.

I have my unfortunately already very battered marquetry chest of drawers restored. I was also informed in the initial consultation that the repair costs exceed the value! But that was not so important to me, because the emotionality clearly exceeded the ratio.
The result then surprised me so positively, you can see even with the finest miniature stripes or ornaments no difference to the also perfectly refurbished original inlays.
When the chest of drawers was delivered I had a big smile on my face, which always returns when I look at the chest of drawers. It is not only the professional workmanship, but also the pleasure that was given to me that counts for me!

We had a table restored and are very happy with the result. Even in the run-up, the advice was excellent. This was followed by a detailed on-site inspection and coordination of the further procedure. Subsequently, the short-term restoration. We also liked the fact that despite the highest quality standards of the workshop was always in mind to go the most sensible way and not the maximum possible, which ultimately had a positive impact on the cost side.
