After the birth of our second grandchild, our daughter (27)'s health got worse and worse. She went from doctor to doctor and was even in the hospital and several MRI s . But no one had a diagnosis or made any effort to help our daughter. In the end they said she was depressed, overwhelmed with 2 children and should take antidepressants. It was only after visiting the practice that I was able to get an accurate diagnosis. Through the modern and detailed anamnesis, I first became aware of why my back complaints had not improved for months. The finding "scoliosis" finally made it possible to work more specifically on a solution. This insight was fascinating and very exciting. Subsequent treatments quickly achieved improvements in mobility that really made me very happy and more pain-free.

During the birth of my child, I suffered a breech or sacrum injury. General medicine treats this unpleasant pain primarily with painkillers. However, this is not (for me) a solution for this long-lasting problem. After waiting the first five months of recovery, the team at the Bornemann Center for Integrative Medicine was able to adeptly localize the pain and treat it specifically. Firstly, the coccyx and sacrum and the corresponding surrounding musculature were remobilized using trigger point massage and shock wave therapy, among other methods. Already after the first treatment a noticeable improvement was achieved. I am really grateful, because sitting for long periods of time is no longer a painful affair and, above all, does not trigger any worrying thoughts ("Oh dear, I'll have to sit there for a long time, what's that going to be like"). The team at the practice is always friendly and attentive, both on site and on the phone.

I very much enjoyed the extensive anamnesis and the very pronounced care and caution in working with people by my therapists. All hand movements and the use of therapeutic tools were described and explained exemplarily at all times. Only the sessions necessary for recovery were booked during treatment.

I went for treatment with Mr. Bornemann and his team for the first time in July 2021 and now again in October. I traveled all the way from Hochsauerland in North Rhine-Westphalia for this. In the meantime, under the guidance of these holistically practicing alternative practitioners, I have carried out a metabolic conversion (according to "Active & Healthy") and got rid of 15 superfluous kilos within only 9 weeks. I have been a patient for 6 months. I was very well received and examined. My nerve condition, which has existed for many years, has improved significantly since my visit to the Bornemann practice.

I have been treated by Lukas a total of 6 times and have felt very well taken care of the whole time. Lukas takes his time, explains every step he takes in detail and is also up for a joke - that's how I imagine it. My foot problems have completely disappeared and I now know what exercises I can do to avoid the difficulties in the future.

I have had severe pain in my right ankle for years. Unfortunately, I had to give up playing golf because I could no longer roll my foot and could therefore only cover short distances. With the help of Mr. Bornemann, I noticed after the first treatment how the pain became less and how I could move my foot better and better. Everyone in the practice was very nice, whether in the appointment or during the treatment. I went there because of permanent and muscular problems in the cervical and lumbar spine.
