A huge praise to Zweirad Gollmann. After many years, I finally wanted a good bike again and have been advised on it. They took a lot of time to explain the differences between the various e-bikes, their motors and features, as well as their geometry and effects. Likewise, several bikes were prepared and adjusted for me so that I could extensively test ride them. Also in the area of accessories and equipment I was helped competently and according to use, so that in the end I received a more than convincing total package.

I can only recommend this service, very great class and herewith again my heartfelt thanks for the effort,
at any time again.

Zweirad Gollmann has already replaced a defective, expensive bicycle lamp two times in an uncomplicated and very friendly manner: the first time a total failure as a clear warranty case, the second time a new holder was sent immediately as a gesture of goodwill. The communication in both cases was very friendly and uncomplicated - that's the way you want it. You have my recommendation, Mrs. Gollmann!

The saddle suspension Suntour Sp12 NCX was delivered very quickly and especially directly with the right spring for my weight and incl. protection. I've only driven a few kilometers with it but would not want to miss it. You no longer notice bumps on road / bike path. I can only recommend to everyone.
