As we wanted to make ourselves independent of rising electricity prices, we opted for a PV system from Energieversum.
We were very lucky to have a great advisor. Marc gave us detailed information about everything and explained the steps in detail. The process went smoothly and within 2 months we had the modules on the roof and the storage system on the wall.

Purchased in January, the modules were installed 5 weeks later, the storage tank was connected 2 days later and now the meter has been changed. Top work by the tradesmen, friendly, fast and excellent workmanship. Thanks also to the team in Kassel, who patiently answered all my questions. Now all that remains is for the sun to shine :)

We recently bought a PC system with Alpha storage via Energieversum. Our consultant was very reliable and listened to us right to the end. The installation went very quickly and we can already use the electricity for the pool and air conditioning this summer. Even if there was a problem, customer service was easy to contact. If no one was available, they quickly called us back. We are happy to recommend Energieversum to our circle of friends.

I can't understand some of the reviews; we have had the very best experiences with our project implementation. Our special thanks go to our project manager Mr. Patrick Eckel. We were more than satisfied from the first contact to the implementation of the system according to plan. Mr. Eckel advised and implemented the project objectively, competently and with a really high level of commitment. There were never any problems, only solutions! Mr. Eckel was always at our side, always available and took care of the necessities more than promptly. Communication with Energieversum was binding, punctual and always pleasant. This approach continued with the solar installers, who installed our system in the shortest possible time despite the most adverse conditions. The company's electricians also spared no time and effort to install the system in an old building and make it ready for operation. Hats off to Energieversum! We opted for a PV system from Energieversum. The advice from Mr. Tim Reimann was very comprehensive. As an engineer, I was impressed by the technical data.
We installed a system from AlphaESS with 32 panels, each with an output of 400 W = 12.8 KW. Storage capacity 2 x 7.8 Kwh and a wallbox. When buying a PV system, you should pay attention to the following:
- Max. Charging/final charging power for the SMILE Hi 10 storage system is 10,000 W for other systems 2,500 W. What does this mean? If several consumers are connected to the grid at the same time and an electric car is also being charged, the required power can quickly exceed 2,500 W! The more power required (> 2,500 W) is then drawn from the grid and paid for dearly, even when the storage system is full!
- Compare warranty conditions carefully: The charging cycles of an energy storage system should be unlimited. What use is a 20-year warranty, for example, if the maximum permissible charging cycles reduce the warranty period to 6 years?
- Should your PV system also work if the grid operator has a power failure? Many systems will then no longer work. If you still want electricity in your home, the PV system should be prepared for this.
These are just a few points that should definitely be taken into account. It is worth comparing, I am convinced of the AlphaESS system and Energieversum. I would like to thank Mr. Tim Reimann once again for his excellent advice!

From the first customer contact with my customer advisor Julien Maier, to the open and competent advice, planning, installation and commissioning, I have nothing but positive things to say. It took just under two months from the order confirmation to the fully operational system (AlphaESS, Storion SMILE-Hi10 with SMILE-G3-EVCT11 wallbox). Mr. Maier was always available and always took care of my questions and requests immediately. This resulted in a smooth process, with expertly executed work both for the roof installation (Sol-Tech) and the electrical installation. The only point of criticism would be that the roof installation took two days instead of one.
