I can only thank Enerix for the extremely speedy and competent handling of the order. It only took 6 weeks from placing the order to installation, which was really great. The system is running perfectly. The best thing about Enerix, however, is that you are always informed about the specific steps by means of a schedule. If you want an all-round carefree package - and that is advisable in this complex matter - you can't go past Enerix in my opinion. In any case, I am completely satisfied.

In the selection process, Mr. Muthmann from enerix submitted the best offer and we are very happy that we chose enerix. All agreements and deadlines in the transparent enerix processing guidelines were met exactly. Sales, the roof installation team, electricians and the order processing team worked together perfectly and did a very good job. We enjoyed every contact and on-site appointment with the competent, committed and friendly enerix teams. We would especially like to thank Mr. Muthmann again for his excellent advice and customer service!

Mr. Kosanovic is very competent and has implemented all our requests. We have already given a recommendation to a neighbor and we think it will be implemented! Unfortunately, we have not yet received a recommendation bonus... The only thing that could perhaps work better is the communication between the fitters and the sales department. During installation, a suitable guide pipe was missing and the installation was not quite as agreed. A new team also had to find this out. But there was a very capable, competent project manager/electrical fitter on site! Mr. Marton

Simply recommend!

The cooperation with Enerix in Memmingen was very trusting and fair from the first minute! The direct contact of Mr. Muthmann and the quick preparation of offers clearly stands out from other companies in the PV industry. Subsequent changes, e.g. change to Fenecon storage or the installation of a wallbox were possible without any problems. The agreed installation dates were met, a weather-related postponement of the roof installation was announced in good time.
The implementation of the entire project was possible within a manageable period of time - very high praise to Mr. Muthmann and all others involved!

Enerix has even in the current time of "supply bottlenecks" of components and the high demand for photovoltaics always seriously and correctly informed, kept appointments or explained small postponements. The assembly companies of Enerix were also very competent, friendly and did their work punctually and professionally. I can only recommend the Enerix team in Memmingen.

I first received advice from Mr. Muthmann from Enerix Memmingen in April 2022, and in August the PV system with storage went into operation, which is very good in view of the current supply bottlenecks.
Overall, I felt very well advised and supported by both Mr. Muthmann and Mr. Choreny. All agreements were kept. Installation of the PV system and electrical work were carried out within the time frame.
I say thank you again and can recommend the company Enerix and especially Mr. Muthmann without reservation!
