We were very satisfied with the personal and individually tailored advice. The offer came very promptly! The craftsmen were also very professional and nimble, worked very cleanly. It was fun to watch. The calculation in the binding offer matched the final price. Friendliness and service left nothing to be desired. Very happy to come back anytime. I had a photovoltaic system installed. I have been satisfied with the service so far. However, the connection to the grid was installed incorrectly, which Westnetz has objected to and for this reason I can not get a feed-in tariff. I have requested several times to correct the error both in writing and by telephone. Promises were made that were not kept and there was also no response to my voice message. In the meantime I am really disappointed and at a loss. Bernd Stade

Many thanks to the whole team of Enerix Mittelrhein! We as a customer have enjoyed working with Mr. Fischer and his friendly and competent staff. From planning to installation to commissioning of the PV system with storage, we had friendly advice and great technical expertise at our side at all times. Die persönliche Beratung durch den zuständigen Geschäftsführer am Mittelrhein war sehr freundlich, ausführlich und überaus kompetent. Auf alle Fragen und Details konnte eingegangen und so ein durchdachtes Angebot erstellt werden. Die angebotenen Komponenten sind erstklassig und ausschließlich aus deutscher Hand. Das Ganze hat natürlich seinen Preis, der im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern (mit anderen Komponenten) zwar höher war aber durchaus fair erschien. Das Angebot hatte auch alle erdenklichen Nebenkosten berücksichtigt und war in jeder Hinsicht transparent.
Vermisst wurden alternative Optionen. Die angebotene Produktpalette scheint sich auf die erwähnten Topp-Produkte zu beschränken. Wer sich am Ende diese nicht leisten kann oder auch günstigere Alternativen in den Blick nehmen und abwägen möchte, muss sich bei anderen Anbietern erkundigen.

Hinsichtlich unserer Produktpalette möchte ich noch ergänzen, dass wir mit vier Lieferanten im Bereich der Module (1x Gals-Glas, 3x Glas-Folie) und 6 Herstellern im Speicherbereich (wiederum mit einer Vielzahl von Lösungen sowohl 1- wie auch 3-phasig) arbeiten. Wie Sie richtig anmerken aber mit Herstellern, im Regelfall, aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum.

Mit Enerix fühle ich mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben. Die Beratung war sehr gut, umfangreich und plausibel. Fragen bei Unklarheiten sind willkommen und werden ausführlich beantwortet. Die Installation der Anlage wurde durchdacht und sauber ausgeführt.
