The decision to have our photovoltaic system including electricity storage installed by the company enerix Südschwarzwald was exceeded in all areas. Already during the offer and planning phase it became clear that Mr. Kaiser with all employees professionally and in detail cares about all questions and wishes and thus clearly stands out from other providers. The integration of an existing plant into the new extension including storage was done without any problems, with a perfect design of all elements to achieve the highest possible autonomy. Promised deadlines were met and all steps were coordinated with us in time. Also on "side issues", how we can achieve further savings by choosing a suitable electricity provider and this is ensured by the communication of the plant with the provider; how the heat pump can be integrated up to the integration of smart grid capable devices, the company enerix Südschwarzwald shows your great competence. The very personal approach and also the several times visit on site for clarification of individual points was very much appreciated by us and never felt by Mr. Kaiser as annoying. Sebastian Kaiser is a reliable partner. He provides competent advice, can be reached for questions at any time, even at short notice, and is extraordinarily faithful to deadlines. When disruptions and problems occurred during the completion of our PV system in February 2023, he showed himself to be flexible and responded to our customer requests in a goal-oriented manner. All commitments were implemented quickly, the system is running trouble-free and the yield can be transparently tracked via the app provided. No conclusive statement can yet be made about the price-performance ratio. The transparency of the consultation could be optimized if the individual services were quantified in the offer.
