There are many providers on the market. However, I deliberately chose Enerix because both a neighbor and a colleague had very positive experiences with Enerix.
I can confirm this 100%. From the initial consultation with Mr. Friedrich to the quotation and installation, everything went to my complete satisfaction. Everything from a single source, including the application forms with the city and the electricity provider. All deadlines were met and all questions were answered promptly and competently. That's how it should be. Perfect!

as a layman, we received friendly and professional advice, the field worker hr utz was on site quickly, gave competent advice, measured unexpectedly quickly and got everything underway, the installation team worked cleanly and extremely quickly. scaffolding work was done quickly. no complaints about the execution and planning and follow-up discussion. for our part, we were very satisfied.

Our decision to realize this major project with enerix was definitely the right one. The advice from Mr. Thomas Behrens was very competent, professional and convincing, all colleagues on site as well as the colleagues in the back office did a great job.
No matter which team we had here, it was simply super professional, fast, punctual - just first class.

It is not a matter of course that such a large company has such good processes. So really a big THANK YOU!

Everything was perfect, from the consultation in advance to the offer, preparation and implementation through to the support with the formalities and introduction to the system. All deadlines were met, the external and internal teams worked very well and properly and were always flexible, committed and friendly. The overall support provided by the project manager was also perfect. We have absolutely nothing to complain about and are very happy with the result. So with ENERIX you are always well advised and we can recommend the company without reservation!

We had already had very good experiences with Enerix during the installation of the PV system. So we decided to have the heat pump installed by Enerix as well. Enerix sells monobloc units from Samsung, which achieve top values even in old buildings and are also eligible for subsidies. Our salesman, Mr. Behrens, accompanied the entire process from the initial idea through to support after completion. He was always approachable and willing to clarify even difficult situations in a solution-oriented manner. This also applies to his colleagues in the trade. Keep up the good work Enerix!

We had a PV system installed last autumn and received very good professional support from Mr. Behrens. When he was unable to answer our questions himself, he clarified them quickly. We were able to install considerably more PV modules than we thought and therefore also decided on a storage system. We were even able to use the PV electricity for showering in winter, as we heat the hot water using electricity. The installation of the system, including the scaffolding on our town house, went smoothly and we are really impressed by the Enerix people from the Westerwald. A big compliment! Mr. Petri, my sales representative at Enerix, was always available for me and dealt with all my questions and concerns immediately. I was a little nervous before the installation of the PV system because I couldn't be there myself, but everything went well. Even after commissioning, my concerns are still dealt with quickly. So far (after 2 months) I am very satisfied with the PV system and the service provided by Enerix.

Speed and flexibility. During installation, an unexpected problem arose in the structure of our house. However, this was solved very quickly by an in-house expert who was called in very quickly, so that the project was completed as planned.
Unexpected problems, such as moving the satellite system, were quickly solved by enerix at its own expense by subcontracting a satellite expert.
The PV system has worked perfectly from day one.
