Recommendation
I and my family have already used several of Yvonne's services. Alkaline fasting, nutritional counseling as well as courses on fermentation. Yvonne has provided us with super many helpful insights, which many doctors have overlooked for years. We really appreciate Yvonne as a holistic nutritionist. She goes above and beyond the standard and does a lot of research on concerns. Personally, we feel we are in excellent hands with her. The atmosphere of the conversation was very pleasant from the beginning.

With the help of Ms. Hirsch, I was able to get my intestinal complaints under control in a very short time. With her easy-going and level-headed manner, she takes away every worry when dealing with poor nutrition. She has great everyday tips, her advice is very helpful and easy to follow. During the weeks of my therapy, everything was well-founded and the help was specifically adapted to a balanced diet. Ms. Hirsch is competent, very friendly, open to all questions, just super....
