I have used the service ( among others like rightmove overseas and magnolia and gate away) to market properties i own in different parts of Europe for sale or rent and always find them very good and affordable. They have found me a few buyers with the service.

Proof of advertising is sent promptly when asked for and prior to anything going live i get sent a draft listing to approve and make changes to. Communication is excellent and each time the agent assigned to me has been very forthcoming on things to do to attract more interest. Each property AD usually ends up on around 150 sites worldwide which i can vouch for as i have seen links to each site in my inbox.

I will be using them again later this year for more properties i have to put on the market after some refurbishment. Its very cost effective. And the fact they display the full address on the listings allows buyers to make contact with me directly at the properties.

We listed our Villa in Didim with this company in late September 2025 and can now confirm we have sold to a buyer from the UAE. Beach condo in Rio sale agreed with a buyer from Portugal. It took around 13 weeks to get interest. We had questions from Europe and the US and Canada but only one viewing with the person already on site on holiday to view my apartment. We agreed a good price and it is now with a Brazilian notary to finalize the deal.

We advertised two homes with this company and successfully sold the first our house in Abruzzo took just over 3 years to sell due to the enquiries we got being time wasters.

The second our apartment in Florida took just 4 weeks granted it was at a lower price..... but the marketing worked well both times to find interest for us it was sold to someone taking a holiday in the complex and decided to buy luckily ours was the only one for sale in the resort at that time.

We have since also listed a villa we own in Florida and have not got a sniff in the 16 weeks its been advertised... i guess its down to buyer taste or the market possibly with everything going on in the country. Cannot fault the communication or international advertising service 5 stars for communication they respond night or day.
