Had my hair transplant at Essi in Istanbul. Great service from start till the end and even after I arrived in London. I don't know how the result is going to be but so far I can honestly tell that I was not expecting this much professional service, because I thought it's a bit of a bargain.
The driver, my personal host, the surgeon, the nurses, the hotel were all great. Many thanks again.

From start to finish, the lovely staff, eagerness to help with every single detail or issue, quality of care was unreal. Ben was amazing in London and completely reassured me and made me excited to start my journey. In Turkey, Maya was ready to meet us and taxi us yo our hotel. She even brought plug adaptors as we forgot! She found a vegan restaurant to take us to and then settled us at the lovely hotel. Maya translated everything for us and was such a good friend to have on the journey. The hospital was beautiful and clean and the staff there were incredible. Dr Guney was excellent, professional, friendly and the results speak for themselves. I am over the moon with the results. The aftercare has been second to none with regular checkups and plenty of information. Maya made sure we got pizza delivered to our hotel when I was too tired to walk! Absolute pleasure, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cosmetic surgery and I am so glad i went with essi. My boobs are amazing! My confidence has gone through the roof! I've had my hair transplant in Istanbul with Essi Cosmetic Surgery. Had my online consultation, received a medical report from the consultant surgeon Mr Durak and decided on going to Istanbul clinic. I did not have a full budget at the time, they offered a part of the payment to be paid with direct debit, which was really helpful.
I flied to Istanbul using Pegasus airlines, was not too bad. My host, Maya has picked me up from the airport and she was basically with me for whole 3 days I stayed in Istanbul.
The hotel was really good, not a luxury one but clean and professional. It's Hampton by Hilton, so it's basically Hilton quality with lower budget.
My flight was late, so I just checked in first day and we went to hospital directly second day, my surgeon saw me and answered all my questions. My expectation is to have a dense hair, so we made a plan for that and then we directly moved to the surgery room (it's not a surgery room actually, let's call it hair transplant operation room).
I honestly felt nothing in the operation except the numbing part, but that was also easily manageable. The surgeon had 3 nurses, they all worked on my head. The extracting part was boring but second part of the operation was ok because I watched some Netflix series. The hair transplant took around 7 hours total, then Maya and driver took me to my hotel.
I slept well and did not have any problem such as swelling etc. Next day, we went to clinic to have the washing and check up consultation. They gave me all the instructions and left me to my hotel again.
My overall experience with Essi was great, I already recommended them to many people although I have not seen my results yet. Because I know them that they are a solid company with professional attitude. Plus, they have a London office, where you can already call and ask for help if needed.

Had my hair transplant last week. Absolutely fantastic people! Best hair transplant practice in Turkey by far, so friendly and professional team, great hotel. Everything exceeded my expectation, plus the cost is one of the lowest. Still cannot believe it. I am so confident that the outcome will be great!

First of all, sorry about the long review but I believe my exprience will be helpful for many people struggling to decide on BBL in Turkey with Essi.

I have undergone BBL surgery in Izmir with Essi on November. I was very nervous due to risk, that's why it took me over a year to decide. I've visited Essi's London office 2 times, Semra has helped me a lot with honest answers. I’ve had skype consultation with Mr Rahmi as well. They gave me all the necessary information and I felt that they were not after making a sales, that’s actually one of the reasons that I chose their practice, which I am so happy that I did.
After I made my decision, they have asked me to have some blood tests, I’ve had them in my local clinic, and then the surgeon approved me as a patient. They told me that their consultant surgeon does not accept many patients especially for BBL, so I was happy to know that I am healthy enough!!

I’ve transferred the booking deposit (£900) to their account and then booked my flight tickets to 1 month later. I’ve transferred the rest of the amount just a day before my flight and then prepared myself for the whole journey. If you will have BBL, please don’t forget to take your iron pills, I started to take it 1 week before my operation just in case. My flight was ok, I had a direct flight from London to Izmir by Pegasus, it’s a budget airlines but I think it was above average.

My patient care assistant Maya has picked me up from the airport and took me to my hotel. The hotel is Ramada, it’s a decent hotel with a nice view, unfortunately I’ve not used any facilities but that’s ok.

After I checked in, we went to Essi’s clinic in the city to meet with my surgeon for my first physical consultation. Mr Rahmi is a great surgeon imo, he speaks fluent English, not extremely good I must admit. As I previously researched, I knew that he has a huge experience with BBL, liposuction and tummy tuck operations.

I asked all my questions and told my expectations again, it took more than 1 hour and then we said goodbye. My lovely patient care assistant Maya has offered me a facial in the clinic as a gift, which was excellent, I loved the facial and especially the hand massage. Then, it was already evening and maya left me to the hotel. My surgery was at 11 am, I had to be at the hospital 2 hours before, so we left the hotel at 8 am. Once we were at the hospital, they took me back into a preparation room. I met with the nurses who would be taking care of me post-op.

Maya was also there to support me (thanks for the psychological support all the way too). One of the nurses gave me an IV. After that, I was given the first anaesthesia at the preparation room, then I was taken to the surgery room. I woke up from the surgery with no issues and with almost zero pain at the room I would be staying in overnight.

The highest my pain level got during my recovery period was maximum 4 out of 10, but of course this might be different for every individual. I stayed 1 night at the hospital, the nurses were very nice although they had limited English, so Maya was translating my questions. The surgeon saw me after I woke up, he said the operation went perfect and it’s time to recover. I was taken to the hotel by Essi’s patient care team the next day. I stayed 6 more nights in the hotel, the surgeon saw me 2 more times and one of the nurses or my patient care assistants was visiting me everyday. I did not have any pain thanks to the painkillers. I spent most of my time with facetimeing at my room. The recovery took around 5 days for me, I was ok when I was at the airport returning to London.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to get a BBL with Essi Cosmetic Surgery and Dr Rahmi as my surgeon. Shortly after my surgery, I saw a great outcome and was very happy.

I would highly recommend Essi! I’m 35 from London and had breast enlargement surgery. Essi was recommended by a friend, so I did not actually do a lot of research, I am really glad that I did not because I had such a great experience! All staff were amazing. My host Maja was so nice, she was really helpful all the way through, I never felt like I am in a different environment. My surgeon Mr Rahmi is a real gentleman, he is a great surgeon, poor guy had to answer all my questions, he was so calm and friendly.
Every aspect was fantastic!! I couldn’t be happier. . I am absolutely over the moon with my results! I will definitely be back if I ever want more surgery, maybe BBL next year :)
The aftercare team in London is also great, they're still calling to check me up. Really don't understand anymore why people prefer to have these ops in here.

After pregnancy, my breasts returned to their old small form, plus they became saggy. This was embarrassing for me to talk about and share. Then, I met with Ben and he made me very comfortable about how I feel and explain all details of breast implants and uplift surgery. I had a breast augmentation and breast lift at the beginning of December. I am really happy with my breasts now, feeling so confident. After taking almost 3 years of thinking about have a hair transplant whether in Turkey or in the UK, I’m definitely delighted with the results I’m having only 8 months post op.
