Yesterday, the team EUROBEST removals came to carry out our move, with the boxes delivered much earlier.... Mr. Cetin and his staff were punctual, reliable, well equipped and professional. They were careful in tight places while protecting the furniture well. The laminate floor was covered with blankets and mirrors and the like were carefully packed with protective materials suitable for this purpose and transported intact. The men were very friendly both to us and to each other. Calmly and thoughtfully they went to work. Despite the more than 50 (!) steps they had to carry our belongings and furniture up, because the elevator was broken, they remained in good spirits. In the new apartment, everything was carefully rebuilt, all electronic devices were connected, so that we only had to put away, as well as all the bulky waste was disposed of completely. We are completely satisfied and very happy that the move went so well. I would recommend the company Eurobest removals at any time with a clear conscience. A super friendly and correct team. Everyone knew what to do at all times. The interaction within the team and with us was very open and friendly. We always had the reassuring feeling that everything was going well. You can't work any better than that. So for us it was absolutely stress-free from the first contact in Berlin to au revoir in Brussels. From the initial inspection to the binding offer, less than 24 hours passed. The necessary boxes and packing material were also delivered promptly. Eurobest Removals has a partner in Brussels who took care of the necessary administrative tasks, such as barriers and the technical requirements, such as the elevator lifting platform on the day of the move. The communication was excellent. A short WhatsApp and we knew that the truck had arrived at its destination. Within a few hours the preparation, loading and unloading was done with all due care and caution. The unloading team in Brussels then set up our furniture and professionally installed the lamps. After a week, the empty boxes and packing materials were collected from us again. All this at a very fair price. We wish you all continued such a great work ethic.
