Wir, die expert Handels GmbH und expert Handels GmbH Ost & Co. KG, betreiben derzeit an 20 Standorten Fachmärkte, die der Zielgröße der expert SE von 1.200 m² bis 2.400 m² entsprechen. Am 6. April 2000 eröffnete die expert Handels GmbH ihren... ersten expert-Fachmarkt in Nienburg und legte damit den Grundstein für eine erfolgreiche Unternehmensgeschichte. Unsere Fachmärkte bieten das komplette Sortiment an Consumer Electronics, Informationstechnologie, Telekommunikation, Entertainment und Elektrohausgeräten.
Wir sind eine hundertprozentige Tochter der expert SE mit Sitz in Langenhagen. In der expert SE sind deutschlandweit 211 Gesellschafter mit insgesamt 410 Standorten zusammengeschlossen. Die Gesamtverkaufsfläche aller expert-Standorte liegt bei ca. 445.000 Quadratmetern.
Durch den Großeinkauf über die expert SE sind wir in der Lage, unseren Kunden attraktive Angebote anzubieten. Unsere Mitarbeiter fühlen sich als Teil eines leistungsorientierten Teams, in dem es Spaß macht zu arbeiten. My reservation, which I made online. Was not processed at all, thus the unavailable item I could not buy. VERY ANNOYING, THEN WANTED TO REORDER IT AND IT WAS 10 EURO MORE EXPENSIVE. NO THANKS. UNDER CUSTOMER SERVICE I IMAGINE SOMETHING ELSE.
I am particularly satisfied with the staff in the computer, telephone... They are characterized by a lot of patience and friendliness. They are very competent and also seek advice from colleagues if necessary.
The employees are very friendly and competent. They also approach customers of their own accord, take the time the customer needs, respond to the wishes and questions and help with the selection. The store offers delivery options that are convenient for me as a working woman. So far I have always found what I was looking for (e.g. laptop, iceboxes) and afterwards I was very satisfied with the products in everyday life.
I bought a new smartphone. Although the employee I spoke to was not directly responsible for this department, he gave me very good, friendly and expert advice.
