At the beginning, a changeover to a new CRM is of course always challenging. It feels jerky in all places, but thanks to the mega support from the entire team and the fast implementation of Fesma Solutions 10XCRM, especially by Mo and Numan, it went very relaxed. The number of hits has quadrupled from one day to the next with the same working hours. Accordingly, the turnover has also increased. I think it's particularly great that they take care of the CRM onboarding for our new sales staff. That way, we always know that everyone can work optimally. We look forward to a great continued collaboration. 10xCRM is a weapon and gives a market advantage in the respective niche, as long as someone is doing phone sales.
