Good selection in a relatively small space. Positive to highlight the advice in the budget department, especially Mr. Kaulfuf, who takes time and effort to explain everything and eliminate doubts. Your fitters are also excellently trained. Mr. Bauer is as efficient as he is thorough, but somewhat taciturn, which is more than compensated for by his colleague Mr. Kerwill's wit and expertise.

45 min before closing time 4 consultants stand together for 15min and hope that the customer finds everything on his own

I have not seen such bad service for a long time

We bought a Bosch washing machine and a Bosch heat pump dryer on 07.02.2023 at Expert in Oldenburg. The advice from the salesman Mr. Arslan and Mr. Hartman were simply sweet. They have taken a lot of time for the Beratunsgespräch. Better it does not go. In Oldenburg not yet comparable encountered. Thank you again and until further notice, we will defenitiv only buy from Expert Bening and recommend Expert with a clear conscience.

We had a complaint about a washing machine. The service company contracted by the manufacturer of the appliance was a complete disappointment. Mr. Arun Bhardwaj dealt with the matter and took care of a solution. In the process, he regularly informed us about the status of the processing. He was very reliable in communication. In the end, the defective washing machine was exchanged for a new one. We now went on vacation very satisfied. Many thanks at this point to Mr. Arun Bhardwaj.

UNFORTUNATELY, THE STAFF ONLY PAYS ATTENTION TO YOU TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU GET A "MOIN". NO ADVICE IS OFFERED. THIS WILL MAKE ONLINE RETAIL EVEN MORE ATTRACTIVE AND THE STATIONARY TRADE WILL DIE OUT.
