At first glance, the advice seemed to be good and sufficient; unfortunately, deadlines were not met and we were left uninsured in the meantime. That could have ended badly. Only we ourselves noticed the faux pas, the Finafair employee did not. After doing our own research, it also became clear that the advice was not comprehensive and the termination of contracts was premature. No comprehensive advice was given on possible contract adjustments. The aim seemed to be to conclude own, commission-profitable contracts. Unfortunately, we discovered this too late, with the result that we can only cancel policies with increased premiums, or not at all for one family member. The loss is in the 5-digit euro range. Conclusion: Advice cannot be recommended, perhaps for the simplest insurance policies that have a low advisory value.

We regret that you were not satisfied with the advice you received. As you submitted your review anonymously, we can only speculate as to which consultation it was. In principle, however, every holistic consultation is carried out in the following steps.
1. initial consultation: Inventory
2. second meeting: discussion of the insurance situation. In this meeting, we explain which existing insurance policies are okay, which should be changed or adjusted, which are pointless and if important insurance policies are missing, we point this out clearly. If we recommend that one or other insurance policy that does not make sense should be canceled, we discuss the advantages and disadvantages in detail. Only when the customer gives their consent to the termination do we start the termination process.
