I am a long-time customer and can only highly recommend this EMS studio! Thomas and his team are first and foremost really great people and on top of that very competent and qualified. I really enjoy coming here 2x a week. The training is fun and I am very satisfied with the results. And even if there are organizational things to be clarified (such as breaks due to personal circumstances, etc.) I have always been accommodated in a very uncomplicated way. It feels like training with friends. It doesn't get any better than that. Keep it up - you are top!

After 1.5 years of membership, I can confirm: Absolutely friendly and uncomplicated dealings with customers. Appointment requests are made possible. The advice is personal and profitable. I will definitely stay and can highly recommend the fitbox.

Super nice trainers and great atmosphere. I am very satisfied. However, I have two suggestions for improvement: The material could be renewed a little more often (belts, cables, ... ). In addition, the appointment situation in the afternoon is always very tense. This is of course understandable, but it would be great if more capacity could be created for this period.

Recommendation
For me, the perfect sports solution despite two children and a job. Not only super effective, but also always accompanied by a motivating coach.
Since then, my back problems are a thing of the past...
The laundry/water service round off the package, so I don't even have to think about the annoying bag packing.
The on-site team makes up for a lot though. The Fitbox in the List as well as Südstadt simply have great employees, with whom the training is always fun.

Recommendation
Very friendly.and always trying to find a solution, be it for appointments or anything else. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic no more showers possible, but for that the guys and gals can nothing. The training is fun and noticeable despite the shortness of the workouts.

What I miss is a little red thread and also the success control by measuring, weighing, etc.. But overall all good, I'm happy there and would recommend it!🙂👍

I didn't think myself that I would stay so long with EMS. At first I wanted to try it, then I wanted to try it for a few months, now I've been at it for almost a year! Once a week for 20min to the studio. Always good-humored and personal staff. Appointment adjustments are always quick and uncomplicated. It's just fun, I feel well cared for, and feel super fit!
