To be honest, I don't understand all the negative reviews at all. I've been a member of the studio for a while now and you can really tell that a lot of effort is put into it.
The cleaning staff in particular deserve a lot of praise! They are there every day, but only have limited time to clean and yet the studio always looks great after their shift. They really make every effort to get to grips with what was left behind by the previous operator. The fact that it sometimes looks a little dirtier during the day is not down to them, but clearly due to the behavior of some members. Especially in the sanitary areas, it is almost impossible to keep everything perfectly clean around the clock if there is always someone in there.
Another thing you shouldn't forget is that the studio is gradually being modernized. Of course, it doesn't happen overnight, but things are happening and you can tell. The opening hours are great, you can train really flexibly and the selection of equipment is also really great.
I think they're doing a lot of things right here. I really can't understand the negative comments, if you look closely you can see that the team here is really getting stuck in. Keep up the good work! 👍🏼
