I have not given all points for some points because:
Individual solutions: I don't think that we need individual solutions but that we are the standard case (but that's not something I consider bad).
Creative impulses: Since I consider us as standard clients, we do not need any special creativity.
Unsuitable financial products: We didn't talk about this since it wasn't required of us, or maybe we don't have any inappropriate products.
Acts independently: I can't judge that because I can't compare all the banks myself. But I already had the feeling that you are independent. And we could have taken the ergo and not the ING.
Inquires because of the satisfaction: This question I find stupid. You don't ask after every interview: and was I good?
Reacts flexibly to changes: I can't answer that, we haven't had any big changes yet.
Still approachable after completion of the service: Can't answer, performance hasn't ended yet.
Accessibility by public transport: I can't answer because we always come by our own car. (But actually a superfluous question if you consider that the ZOB is about 200 meters away).
Accessibility: Thank God, I am not restricted in my movement and have therefore never paid attention to accessibility.
What struck me particularly positively, is the folder we got. The papers that were in it were nicely sorted and organized. That makes it easier to keep track of everything.
