Very good supervision by the therapist, mostly alone, often in groups of two.
Thus always sufficient feedback and control during the exercises.
The exercises were adapted to my needs or selected in such a way that I could perform them in a meaningful way. Due to the duration (24 x 1 h) and in connection with the online units, good improvements in mobility, stability and strength were noticeable afterwards. After that, however, you have to continue (at home or in the therapy center) to make further progress.

This therapy helps to improve mobility.
There are suggestions that can be implemented at home.
The pain is reduced, i.e. not pain-free but that pain sensation changes.
FPZ therapy is a good start to a better life.

Excellent care in conjunction with high-quality equipment have brought a great success with me. The only pity was that the therapy center was so far away and I had to invest a lot of time just to get there and back (about 70 minutes). A closer network of FPZ contact points would be desirable.
