Francesco D` Alessandro

I really appreciated working with Francesco. He is a cheerful, humorous, and ambitious go-getter, and I highly recommend him.
Thank you so much for everything—I’ve learned so much from you, dear Francesco.

I know reviews like this often sound like boilerplate text or paid endorsements. To be honest, I’m usually pretty skeptical when I read them myself. That’s exactly why it was important to me to share my personal experience with Francesco—because people who actually keep their promises have, unfortunately, become rare these days.
In an age when countless coaches, agencies, and consultants position themselves as experts and make big promises, it’s not a given that you’ll find someone who actually delivers on them.
That’s exactly why I value my collaboration with Francesco so much. He’s one of the few entrepreneurs who actually follows through on what he says. Our collaboration takes place on a true partnership level—transparent, reliable, and with a commitment that, unfortunately, can no longer be taken for granted these days.
After a few disappointing experiences, I’ve finally found a long-term partner in Francesco whom I can trust with my business with complete confidence. Whether it’s building and scaling my sales team, marketing strategies, or business decisions—I know I can fully trust his advice.
What impressed me most is that we were able to achieve my goals in a relatively short time. No empty promises, no excuses—just clear strategies, professional execution, and measurable results.
That’s why I’m always happy to extend our partnership. To me, Francesco isn’t just an outstanding sales coach—he’s a true sparring partner I can rely on at any time. If you’re looking for someone who not only knows how to sell effectively but also delivers on their promises, I can wholeheartedly recommend Francesco.

The project offers a structured look at cold calling and objection handling techniques. The content is presented clearly, and the approach is practical. It’s a great training program for anyone in sales who wants to specifically expand and deepen their skills in this particular area of customer acquisition. I wish the team and all future participants every success on this journey. Thanks, Francesco 🚀💯

The training helped me learn a lot, especially in the areas of sales prospecting and handling objections, which has allowed me to work more effectively

I am very grateful to have found a mentor in him. His training and support have made me a better person, not only professionally but also personally. I especially appreciate that I always feel he genuinely cares about my success. He takes the time to convey his knowledge in a way that’s easy to understand and makes sure that I not only learn but also truly grasp the material. Thank you so much for your invaluable guidance and constant motivation! 🙏🏻

Francesco has a wonderful way of sharing knowledge. With his direct, open, and warm manner, he manages to captivate his audience, keeping everyone engaged and eager to listen.

It’s not your typical, strictly structured training session; instead, he caters to everyone’s individual needs and is willing to take a step back to make sure everyone has understood everything and no one is left behind. This finally makes training fun again, and you just want to listen to him.

Francesco is a true role model, both as a person and as a business leader. He is highly skilled in his field and approaches his work with complete dedication and consistency.

What I particularly appreciate about him is that he makes me feel that my success truly matters to him and that he genuinely wants to support me in achieving it.

With him, you can see that clear actions lead to impressive results.

My experience with Francesco: no empty promises, just real results and clear strategies that work

Francesco is very personable and knowledgeable. It’s a lot of fun to work with him and his team.

I was particularly pleased with the transparency and reliability. That builds trust, so I would definitely recommend him to others.

I have known Francesco for years and always enjoy working with him. He has always given me great advice and I have always received more than I expected! He is a passionate entrepreneur and very likeable.

I've been working with IMMOSVERSE for some time now - and I can honestly say that it's rare to experience a collaboration like this. From the very first conversation, it was clear that this is a team that not only understands digital marketing, but also knows how to successfully combine real estate sales, lead generation and modern strategies.

I was particularly impressed by the active and personal collaboration with Francesco and his team. They approach us proactively, quickly recognize which adjustments need to be made to improve processes and implement them together with us. With other agencies, you often just get to-do lists and then you're on your own - here you really get support. Every step is explained, open points are clarified directly, usually via WhatsApp: fast, uncomplicated, professional.

Francesco is convincing, well-founded and full of energy. He backs up everything he says with examples and projects, which immediately builds trust. He has adapted perfectly to our needs and worked with us to develop practical solutions that deliver measurable results.

We were able to see tangible results after just a short time: new impetus, more effective customer meetings and a much better dynamic in sales. You can simply tell that Francesco and his team know what they are doing.
His energy is infectious - he is fast, motivated and solution-oriented. This dynamic is transferred to the whole team and makes working together not only effective, but also inspiring.

Conclusion: If you want to grow your real estate company, adapt to changing market situations or break new ground in sales, IMMOSVERSE is the ideal partner - professional, committed and with real passion.

A professional with his heart in the right place. Absolutely top recommendation!

By working with Francesco, I was able to get to know him both as a person and as an entrepreneur and was positively impressed in every situation. His combination of entrepreneurial thinking, deep understanding of marketing and clear strategic vision is impressive. He gets to the heart of issues, thinks in a solution-oriented way and provides impulses that have a direct impact. If you are looking for real progress and honest expertise, you have come to the right place. Thank you Francesco for our time together so far :)!

Francesco knows his craft and is very clear in what he says. You can feel that he does what he does with passion and conviction.

He is a professional when it comes to sales, entrepreneurship and real estate and shares his knowledge generously.

Super man! Takes time for you and sympathetic through and through

We have worked with Francesco several times as lawyers and consultants. He is professional, serious and with a lot of technical knowledge but most importantly he is someone who is a pleasure to work with and a good colleague.
