I was made aware of the civil servant pension plan with head by a friend who works there in the office. I was not disappointed! That's why I took out both my PKV and my disability insurance with Frank Bender. The advice, the conclusion and also the accessibility for questions were TOP!
Here I have unfortunately already had to make other experience in advance.... I am completely satisfied and can therefore only recommend the service at Frank Bender with the best conscience!

I became aware of Frank Bender through a Facebook group. I knew that due to my previous history, I have to pay very close attention to what I take out, how and when. At the same time, I need various applications that should definitely be included in a PKV. So it was a bit more complicated, but no problem for Frank. Quickly and competently I was advised and so it came shortly thereafter to the contract with a PKV, which meets my wishes. I would do it again, thank you!

I became aware of Frank through a Facebook group in which he answered all sorts of questions about insurance and gave tips. And all this without any intention to conclude a contract and without imposing himself! This impressed me very much, since one was used to other insurance brokers / representatives quite different. On private demand from me, Frank immediately analyzed my existing contract (in the evening in his spare time!!), even without a single offer/intrusion from his side. Very pleasant!
What is still to be noted: In the case of contracts that Frank found to be good, he also communicated this to me in this way and did not advise me against concluding a contract with him!
Thus kams finally to the conclusion of another contract and I am more than content. Again and again!

Frank checks very precisely in advance for pre-existing conditions (and there are a lot of things that you don't have on your radar) and asks about personal concerns.
This good preliminary work allows him to make individual offers. In fact, Frank has offered PKV from other companies to an acquaintance of mine, which proves that he tailors his broad portfolio for the individual.
Frank explained the pros and cons of each insurance company to help me make a decision. He was honest and disclosed if a risk surcharge seemed too high in this case (for me, it would have been 20 euros more per month with one company because of acne).
Even after taking out the insurance, Frank is there for me with questions and concerns.

I became aware of Frank Bender via Facebook shortly before I started my traineeship. At that time I was very overwhelmed and did not know which insurances were important for me and which PKV would take me with (minor) pre-existing conditions. Frank Bender is always very transparent, fair and honest in his consultations. To this day (2 years after my traineeship) I feel very comfortable with his advice. The feeling of a "dubious" insurance agent never came up with him. In case of problems and questions, he is usually available immediately and makes an appointment promptly. To this day, I recommend him to my colleagues when I hear that they have been badly advised and/or have taken out insurance policies that are completely unnecessary or overpriced. Therefore - 100% recommendation from me!

Transparency before the consultation was given, agreements were reliably implemented. I was convinced that everything was implemented purely digitally; no annoying postal traffic, no waiting.
