I have offered 140 X-MAS MINI Shootings on 11.12.2022 in the free space. The booking went completely smoothly and quickly. I had previously phoned the owner, he was very nice and was able to answer all my questions. The access to the studio was totally simple & when I was standing in the studio I was a bit overwhelmed. Such a nice big and bright studio. It will definitely not be the last time that I rent the studio. I was very satisfied.

Photo studio "Freiraum 140" is large and furnished with modern furniture.
In many corners the studio is bright and daylight friendly.
The booking and the check-in and check-out went smoothly and quickly.
The studio is located on a commercial area, about 5-7 minutes walk from the train station Dresden-Niedersedlitz.

Suggestions for improvement:
- More light in the couch area, as it is quite shady/dark here.
- Sockets on picture wall disturbing
- Drinks (water/soft drinks) for customers would be nice at this price.

I discovered Freiraum 140 during a Google search and booked the very nice location for a short 2-hour photo shoot. The access is contactless and unproblematic.
An alternative to the flat rate for drinks would make it perfect - especially for short bookings.
All in all, a clear recommendation from me.

I visited Freiraum 140 as part of a workshop and was absolutely thrilled. The loft is large, bright and tastefully decorated. I felt very comfortable there not only as a workshop participant and can therefore recommend the premises without hesitation for events and conferences, but would also rent me there at any time for a photo shoot. The team is insanely nice and helpful - it's a pleasure to come back!

It was a great shoot. My clients loved it right away too!
The loft is wonderfully large, spacious, versatile and incredibly beautiful!
We could have made even much longer than the agreed 2 hours photos! The possibilities there are enormous!

Thank you also for the great directions and tips. It all went wonderfully and smoothly. Everything is again tidy and locked.

THANK YOU for this great location and the opportunity to take photos there!

Some participants had difficulty finding the meeting place. I guess it wasn't on the sign until the elevator. A sign outside would have helped.
Room and catering super.
