Hallo Matthias, es sind jetzt fast 3 Wochen her, dass der Termin vergangen ist. Es ist Schalom erschaunlich, was sich schon alles verändert hat. Vieles fühlt sich leichter an.
Das Essen, was ein großes Problem war, ist kein Thema mehr. Ich habe kein Bedürfnis an naschen! Egal ob süß oder salzig.
Ich habe jetzt schon fast 6 Kilo verloren und es fällt mir überhaupt nicht schwer!
Vielen Dank für die Hilfe, gerne wieder.
