Johannes Ruchti accompanied our family very warmly from the very first moment. Our needs and wishes were always at the forefront.
Johannes also gave the eulogy at my father's funeral and delivered it with great empathy and warmth. We felt completely understood and overwhelmed. The words he chose were very touching.
Thank you dear Johannes for accompanying our family as well as our father, husband and Nonno on this journey.

With great experience, empathy and also with a breeze of humor, Johannes Ruchti told about his everyday life as a funeral director and funeral speaker spontaneously and very competently. He understood how to inspire the audience and invited them to ask their personal questions.
The time flew by and I would have liked to listen even more.
