After purchasing an apartment building, we commissioned the Schwallach company to lay the floor in the first renovated apartment. The advice on underfloor heating and maintenance was excellent, it was also taken into account that it was rental property and we therefore opted for a more robust covering. We were so satisfied that the company Schwallach Fussbodentechnik has now equipped all apartments with floors, and renovated the wooden staircase.
Reliable, clean!!! and really good in product quality and implementation.

Mr. Schwallach has already driven in advance during the shell construction phase on site to Lake Constance, Meersburg and has inspected and measured the conditions. Mrs. and Mr. Schwallach have taken time for consultation appointments and developed with us the oprtimale solution (UG Epoxibetonunterbodenversigelung, pre-treatment shell, parquet, white wooden skirting boards with teilw. behind laid cables ...). When (Merbau oiled 23mm industrial parquet on Uzin impact sound insulation mats) the floor was laid (about 2 weeks) we were immediately thrilled and have turned barefoot the first rounds of joy ... a feel-good pleasure ... and mind you at the agreed fixed price and deadline.
