I've been with them for six months and I'm still really impressed. The whole team is very friendly and helpful, no matter what time you have questions they are answered and they always do their best to help you. The training plans are very varied and well adapted to each individual. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to change something about themselves and lose weight systematically. It's the best decision I've made 😀

After half a year of the TEM program and 15 kg less body weight, I can only say that it is definitely easy to implement.

What I like best is that several pillars are taken into consideration. Not just the training plans for strength training, which are adjusted every week and where the execution of the exercises is monitored. You are also supported in your diet and can ask your assigned trainer questions at any time and receive helpful tips very promptly. General behaviors such as sleeping and drinking habits and activity levels are also scrutinized based on the steps. So you can see how complex the topic is and how many wheels can and must be turned in order to be successful in the long term.

At the end of the week, it is of course not insignificant that the respective trainer then sees and comments on this data. This control naturally contributes significantly to discipline. In conclusion, I can only say that it is an all-round well thought-out concept with great personal service from highly motivated trainers that I can absolutely recommend if you finally want to be successful.

I am positively surprised that this concept works so easily. No gym, no waivers and still great results. Lost weight and shaped body.

After what felt like 100 diets and various subscriptions to gyms, I no longer believed that I could get my overweight and chronic back pain under control. Through an article in the OÖN I became aware of Gabriel and started a (for me) last attempt. Already our first conversation convinced me that this could be the right way for me. The ideal combination of training and a change in diet not only relieved my tension. I now replace the 12 kilos I lost in the last six months with dumbbells when I work out. Especially motivating for me was the weekly video feedback and the constant availability of my coach when problems or questions arose! Thank you Sabrina, without you I would not have come so far, even if the training was really exhausting at times. I have achieved my goal of losing weight, getting fitter again and at the same time doing something about my tension (as promised by Gabriel at the beginning). I still renewed my contract because there is so much more in it!

I came across Gabriel by chance on Facebook. After a lecture I listened to, we then made the first appointment. In a very nice, detailed conversation, I was convinced that this will be the right strategy for me to get fitter again, lose weight and get my body back in shape. There are no promises here that it will be easy. Such a change in life, can not be easy! But I have to say, I would have imagined it "harder". You always have someone at your side. In the meantime, I have lost almost 15 kg, without actually really giving up anything. Only 2 hours per week for my training have become indispensable. I am now 6 months and have extended, because I am simply convinced of it! A big praise and thanks to Gabriel and his great team !

Neck tension free for the first time in over 5 years, and such a short time!!!!!!

Best decision for me!!! Your problems are understood & you are helped. I was really already in a deep hole, did not know what to do. Through my sister I came to Gabriel & for that I am very grateful. Finally I am getting closer to my old figure again & physically I feel much better which of course was already a big problem because of the overweight. After the coaching I can keep my routines super. I can only recommend Gabriel. :-)

I came to Gabriel through my wife and that was the best thing that ever happened to me although I was skeptical at first because I have already done soooooo many diets and always the weight came back!

More than just a trainer 🫶🏻

Our journey together began about 9 months ago and so much has changed for the better since then. Not only that my body is well proportioned, tighter and especially stronger. (Are just now in the summer so often wondered addressed 😅☺️). But also my years of painful tension have finally been released. For me it's just a madness - in such a short time at the body and at the scale to notice something! 🎊I have already tried so many methods, but with you it actually works immediately and also seen in the long term! (with 2x 1-1.5h training a week).

Why I can only recommend Gabriel Reifinger 💪🥳🍀🔥

I became aware of Gabriel through my cousin and his lecture in Andorf. His words were convincing and insightful for me.

After 1 week I contacted him, in a personal conversation he analyzed me and my body and I immediately decided for him as a personal trainer.

I was and am not affected by physical complaints, but I have often started weight loss attempts, also with endurance sports, but eventually the kilos were up again.

I never thought I would ever do strength training, because I never wanted to look like a muscle man, but it's not like that!

Gabriel actually shapes my whole body through his prescribed strength exercises and every week an analysis meeting is held to discuss exactly what was good and where something should be changed. The feedback is super and totally competent. If you have questions, you get a quick answer via WhatsApp and is adjusted to the need.

Gabriel also leaves nothing to chance when it comes to nutrition. His tips and advice as well as nutrition plans, adapted to each individual person with recipes and shopping list are the hammer.

With the diet I have then dealt intensively, what, how much, what energy values, but after 2 weeks you have a very good feeling for it and it is easy to pay attention to the essential things.

By the way: You can eat everything, so no renunciation, because that would be counterproductive!

I am thrilled with my results since I started at the end of March!

I have never had so much energy as during this time!

I've really become a different person, I'm beaming and I'm highly motivated.

I had a 2018
Intervertebral disc surgery with paralysis in the right forefoot. After that I had to take pain medication daily in the morning. Rehab, physio, massage, gym nothing could relieve my pain.
When I came to Gabriel, I immediately felt a positive energy, a trainer who is interested in his clients and is there, no matter what the issue is. Gabriel and his team are always available to answer questions.
The exercises are tailored to you, you learn a lot about nutrition and deal more intensively with yourself and your body again.
Since I work very irregular and long hours, the online program is a great thing for me, so I can determine myself the time when I listen to coaching.
