I found a flat in a matter of 3 weeks thanks to the Gettheflat service where I had a very limited time to find a flat for myself, which was causing me a lot of stress. I would absolutely recommend GetTheFlat, and will be using it if'd be looking for a flat again.

I found an apartment in just one month! If you’re new to Germany, this service is great; they guide you through the required documents and what’s important in a flat search, and they apply to listings for you in German with all the relevant information for landlords. If landlords reply, then you're the one continuing the conversation. I really recommend it if you are new here and if you don't have time to apply! :)

Trying to get a viewing to every apartment listing that comes into your inbox can be very time consuming, it became like a second job for me. Get the Flat is worth the cost if you are busy! I was invited to many viewings with their service and ended up finding the flat of my dreams in about 3 months, and I would likely have had found something sooner if I wasn't looking for something specific. Customer service is great as well - highly recommend!

So glad there is a service like Get the Flat. I would use them again in a heartbeat! The housing situation in Berlin is nothing short of brutal. The number of applications landlords get for one apartment is unbelievable. With Get the Flat, you improve your chances for landlord replies and for viewings. The onboarding process with Get the Flat could be a little more seamless. But the team was responsive to all my questions and empathetic about the search process.

It was really helpful as a non-German expat with limited speaking ability to be able to have some help in finding a flat! I would recommend to anyone overwhelmed by the housing process here to use this service. I found a place within 1.5 months of looking.

I really liked about Get The Flat that I could have my mind on other things while still knowing that the apartment search was active and I am not missing out. So highly worth the money to take the mental load of being always "on" while looking for an apartment.
When I was active and searching for myself, I was faster a couple of times which suggests that the automation is not as sophisticated yet and searches are done manually. Another indicator for this are the times when Get The Flat has actually sent out applications (mostly not evening and weekends from my subjective impression). Not a problem over all and expected for a company that is just starting up.
Just knowing that would have made things easier. With more clarity, I would have just known that weekend search is on me at this point.

Just a quick note: we do search on evenings and weekends, but the volume is usually lower because landlords post most new listings during the working hours on weekdays.

Thanks to Get The Flat I received 2-3 times per week flat viewing invitations. Their platform is very affordable, user friendly and contact, in my case with Kevin was excellent. They wrote me a very nice and convincing application letter and were very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. They are fast in applying for flats. I appreciate their help and highly recommend their service.

Extremely satisfied with the service. We wouldn't have made it without them. Customer care was friendly, communicative, and accommodating. It would be great to be able to customise things a bit more on our end - but the support team actioned 1-2 changes we wanted within 1 day notice so all good.
