We came to Griesinger + Löwenberger OHG for our construction financing through the recommendation of a good friend.

Due to our urgency, we already received an appointment in the evening on the day of the initial telephone contact - i.e. far outside the usual business hours. Even then we were positively surprised.

Mr. Griesinger gave us excellent advice at eye level during each of the appointments. At no time did we have a bad feeling. Quite the opposite: he was able to relieve us of any worries through his well-founded expertise and on the basis of verifiable examples. Mr. Griesinger's loan offer was also unbeatable in terms of conditions and far more favorable than those offered by competitors and banks.

Due to the positive experience with our construction financing, we also decided to check all matters concerning insurances. And what can we say: improved conditions at better prices.

At this point we would like to say a big thank you to the whole team! You are doing a great job and show that in this day and age there are still loyal, honest and good advisors who get the best out of things for their customers.

Our construction financing was at the bank for 6 weeks and was wrongly rejected by the bank the day before the signing of the contract. Mr. Griesinger worked out a solution with us within half a day and instructed the clerks at the bank so that the signing of the contract could be completed by the next morning. It was only through the efforts of Mr. Griesinger that we were able to finally purchase the building. We are eternally grateful to Mr. Griesinger for this and recommend him 100%.
